Why can't I log in to the 5nine Cloud Security Web Portal?

Resolution

It is recommended to be on the latest release of Cloud Security prior to proceeding.

Please ensure you are entering the correct details. If required these can be changed from within the Cloud Security Console:

Navigate to Settings > Users Management > Edit the user details and define a new password if necessary�, then try again.

If logging in with a Tenant account use the format tenantname\tenantuser as shown below:
